Driply (“Driply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a creator commerce platform that lets sellers list and sell digital and physical products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Driply, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the platform:

• Account information. When you sign up as a seller, we collect your name, email address, store handle, and a securely hashed password.
• Store and product content. Product titles, descriptions, prices, images, files you upload, and storefront details you choose to publish.
• Purchase information. When a buyer makes a purchase, we collect the buyer’s email and order details. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as page views, referral sources, approximate country (from network information), and anonymous session identifiers used to measure traffic and conversions.
• Communications. Any messages you send us for support.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the platform.
• To process payments, calculate fees, and pay sellers.
• To deliver purchased products and order confirmations.
• To display public storefronts, product pages, and the marketplace.
• To provide sellers with analytics about their own store.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and keep the platform secure.
• To respond to support requests and send important service notices.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Driply uses Stripe Connect so sellers receive funds directly, with Driply’s 5% fee applied per sale. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive limited transaction details (such as amount, status, and buyer email) but not full payment card details.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the platform:

• Service providers that host and power Driply, including our database and storage provider, payment processor (Stripe), and hosting provider, who process data on our behalf.
• Sellers and buyers as required to complete a transaction (for example, a buyer’s email is shared with the seller for that order).
• Affiliates see only aggregate performance for referrals they generate — never buyer personal data.
• Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

5. Public information

Published storefronts, product pages, and marketplace listings are public by design and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include private information in content you choose to publish. You can control store visibility and search indexing from your Store Builder settings.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure traffic and referrals (including affiliate attribution). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality such as staying logged in or completing checkout.

7. Data retention

We retain account, product, and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

• Access, update, or correct your account and store information from your dashboard.
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

10. Children’s privacy

Driply is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

Driply may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to those locations.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the platform.
