Create your seller account

1. Platform fee — 5% per sale

You authorize Driply to deduct a platform fee equal to 5% of the gross sale price of every item you sell through the platform. This fee is taken automatically at the time of each successful transaction, before your earnings are added to your balance.

2. Payment processing

Standard third-party payment-processing fees (e.g. Stripe/PayPal, typically ~2.9% + $0.30) are charged in addition to the 5% Driply fee and are deducted from each transaction.

3. Payouts

Your net earnings (95% of each sale) are paid to your connected payout account by Stripe on its standard payout schedule. Payouts require a verified, connected payout account; until one is connected, earnings are held by the payment processor.

4. Refunds & chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or charged back, the corresponding amount — including any fees and any portion already paid out — may be deducted from your future balance.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to sell the products you list, that they comply with our content policy and applicable law, and that you are responsible for your own income-tax obligations.

6. Changes

Driply may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
